For shipments to the peninsula the cost is free. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs fees, local taxes, IGIC / IPSI or any other that may exist are the responsibility of the customer.
European Union
Free shipping throughout the EU excluding islands.
DEVOLUTION
In case the jewel does not fit you, you have 20 days for the exchange (for a change of size) or for returns (complete reinstatement of the purchase amount). In both cases, just write us an email to info@giowels.com requesting the return or exchange and we will take care of returning the courier to collect the order, so the return shipment has no cost for you.
Once the jewel has been received and its condition checked (they must not cause damage and scratches, the packaging must be returned in all its parts, including: Jewelery cards, color palette and warranty certificate), even if only the lack of one of these will give us the right not to refund. Once the checks have been carried out, we will refund the total amount which will be effective in 2 or 3 working days.
